Independent agency Reinhardt & Slater is turning the local real estate industry upside down with a revolutionary approach to selling residential real estate. Servicing clients across Brisbane’s North West from their base in Albany Creek, Reinhardt & Slater have dramatically raised the bar by combining new technologies, the latest thinking in marketing, and a special emphasis on property presentation.
Technology plays a big part too. Reinhardt & Slater’s sleek new office bristles with plasma screen TVs, and digital video streams from its website. Behind Bryan’s enthusiasm for this new way of doing business lies more than 16 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
A turning point came when he partnered with marketing expert Bruce Slater. “Bruce and I could see the potential to break out of the ‘tick the box’ Real Estate model and take things to a whole new level,” says Bryan. By all accounts their new approach is striking a chord with local home owners.
Despite this success, the pair has no plans to expand the business outside Brisbane’s North West, convinced that keeping things personal is the key to what they have achieved. “It’s very difficult to maintain this level of service once you start scaling things up. We’re much more interested in pushing new innovation than opening new offices.”
